PURCHASE ORDER CHECKLIST
Avoid production delays, make sure your order is complete. In order to begin production, we need all of the following:

• Proper Style
• Quantity
• Product Color
• Imprint Color and Layout
• Camera Ready or Digital Artwork and/or typeset copy.
• Correct Pricing and Set-up Charges.
• Confirmed Ship-to Address
• Shipping Method.
• Requested Ship Date & In Hands Date
• Contact Name Phone and Fax Numbers
• Approved Credit or Prepayment.
• Approved Paper Proof or Product Proof.

REORDER REQUIREMENTS Reorders must specify previous invoice #, date, PO#, style #, color and imprint color. Orders more than 3 years old will require a new screen charge. Do not specify re-order if there are copy or product changes.
Reorder Set-Up: $10 (v) If copy remains EXACTLY the same.
Reorder Set-Up For Additional Imprints: $35 (v)

FAXED ORDERS Faxed purchase orders will be accepted for orders requiring stock logos or straight line copy. Fax transmissions are not considered camera ready art.

E-MAIL ORDERS All E-mail purchase orders must include company name and contact information and should be confirmed by phone or fax.

The quality of your artwork determines the quality of the imprint. We can accept the following types of artwork.

STRAIGHT LINE COPY will be typeset at no additional charge. For curved copy add $20 (v). Customer is responsible for proofreading paper proof.

CAMERA READY ART is a high quality black and white original, that has crisp, sharp edges and needs no further touch up. Resolution must be printed at a minimum of 600 dpi to be considered camera ready. Some thin lines, small copy and reverses may not reproduce as submitted and may need to be altered to imprint clearly.

DIGITAL ARTWORK FILES may be sent on 3.5" disk,  CD or via E-mail. The following programs are available: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop ( IBM). Please include all fonts used (screen and printer fonts or suitcase & postscript files) and all placed images. Digital files must be in eps or tiff format. A hard copy of the file must accompany the order. The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator eps.

MULTI-COLOR IMPRINT Industry standard is 1/16" move-ment in any direction. All multi-color imprints must be provided camera-ready, color-separated or incur a $50 (z) art charge.

ARTWORK CHARGES Factory reserves the right to determine acceptable art. Art Dept time is billed at $40 (z) / hour. Artwork will only be returned upon request.

STANDARD PRODUCTION:  10 - 15 working days.

RUSH SERVICE:  3 - 5 working days after proof is approved. Rush orders must authorize overnight delivery to meet event dates. Factory is not liable for shipping delays. Holiday Rush Service May Differ. Multi-color imprints may require additional production time and additional running charges.
Production time does not include day order is received; production time will begin after approval of credit, item and / or paper proof.

PAPER PROOF APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS
Paper proof will be faxed at no charge within 3 days of receipt of the order. Rush orders will be faxed within one day. Delays in approval and changes will delay order. Production time does not begin until we receive faxed approval. Changes to paper proof will be charged $10 (z).

PRODUCTION PROOF $25 (v) / color plus applicable set-ups, plus PMS color matching charges. Production proof adds 5 days to production time. Production proof is recommended on all large orders.
